Willkommen bei Yumify. Diese Nutzungsbedingungen regeln die Nutzung der App Yumify, die dir hilft, Rezepte aus den Zutaten zu finden, die du zu Hause hast. Anbieter der App ist Philipp Tobisch, Hohenstädter Straße 1, 91230 Happurg, Deutschland, support@yumify.io. Mit der Registrierung stimmst du diesen Bedingungen zu. Wie wir mit deinen Daten umgehen, erklärt die Datenschutzerklärung.
Für die Nutzung brauchst du ein Konto (E-Mail, Google oder Apple). Halte deine Zugangsdaten geheim; für Aktivitäten unter deinem Konto bist du verantwortlich. Du musst mindestens 16 Jahre alt sein. Du kannst dein Konto jederzeit in der App unter Einstellungen → Support → Account löschen entfernen.
Kostenlos wird dein Guthaben an Zutaten-Swipes einmal täglich auf mindestens 75 aufgefüllt. Außerdem erhältst du einmalig einen ✨ Rezept-Wunsch zum Ausprobieren. Ein Rezept-Wunsch ist eine Erzeugung mit KI – zum Beispiel aus deinem Kühlschrank, als Variante eines Rezepts oder als Kompromiss-Rezept beim gemeinsamen Swipen – und liefert bis zu drei Rezepte. Gemeinsames Swipen mit Freunden ist kostenlos und verbraucht keine Swipes. Rezepte stammen aus unserem Katalog oder werden mithilfe von künstlicher Intelligenz (KI) erzeugt.
KI-erzeugte Rezepte und Bilder prüft kein Mensch. Angaben zu Mengen, Garzeiten, Nährwerten und Allergenen können fehlerhaft sein, Bilder dienen nur der Veranschaulichung. Prüfe die Zutaten bei Allergien und Unverträglichkeiten immer selbst. Yumify ersetzt keine ärztliche oder ernährungsberatende Auskunft.
Zusätzliche Rezept-Wünsche kannst du als Einmalkauf erwerben. Früher gekaufte Swipes bleiben dir erhalten. Gekauftes Guthaben wird deinem Konto gutgeschrieben, verfällt nicht und ist nicht auf andere Konten übertragbar. Verbrauchtes Guthaben wird nicht erstattet; scheitert ein Rezept-Wunsch aus technischen Gründen, schreiben wir ihn automatisch wieder gut.
Solange dein Abo Yumify+ läuft, erhältst du alle 30 Tage 10 zusätzliche Rezept-Wünsche (bis zu 30 Rezepte), dein Swipe-Guthaben wird täglich auf mindestens 500 aufgefüllt, und du kannst unbegrenzt viele Gerichte im Wochenplan planen und ihn automatisch füllen lassen. Yumify+ gibt es mit monatlicher und mit jährlicher Laufzeit. Wird eine kostenlose Testphase angeboten, erhältst du in ihr 3 Rezept-Wünsche; die volle Gutschrift beginnt mit der ersten bezahlten Periode. Das Abo verlängert sich automatisch um die gewählte Laufzeit, wenn du es nicht spätestens 24 Stunden vor ihrem Ende kündigst; das gilt auch am Ende einer Testphase. Kündigen kannst du jederzeit in den Abo-Einstellungen deines Apple- oder Google-Kontos, erreichbar auch in der App unter Einstellungen → Abo & Käufe. Nach einer Kündigung bleibt das Abo bis zum Ende der bezahlten Laufzeit aktiv. Nicht verbrauchte Rezept-Wünsche behältst du auch nach dem Ende des Abos. Wichtig: Das Löschen deines Yumify-Kontos kündigt das Abo nicht – kündige es vorher im Store.
Käufe und Abos schließt du über den Apple App Store oder Google Play ab. Es gilt der Preis, den dir der Store vor dem Kauf anzeigt. Im App Store ist Apple dein Verkäufer. Bei Google Play ist Google dein Verkäufer, wenn du in der EU, im EWR oder im Vereinigten Königreich wohnst; in allen anderen Ländern sind wir dein Verkäufer, und Google Play übernimmt Zahlung, Rechnung und Erstattungen nach seinen Richtlinien. Deine gesetzlichen Widerrufs- und Rückgaberechte nach dem Recht deines Wohnsitzlandes bleiben unberührt; wende dich dafür an den Store, in dem du gekauft hast, oder an support@yumify.io.
Wir gewähren dir ein einfaches, nicht übertragbares Recht, die App privat zu nutzen. Rezepte, Bilder und Texte in der App gehören uns oder unseren Lizenzgebern. Du darfst Inhalte für den privaten Gebrauch speichern und teilen, aber nicht gewerblich verwerten.
Nicht erlaubt sind automatisierte Zugriffe, das massenhafte Auslesen von Rezepten, Eingriffe in die App oder unsere Server und jeder Versuch, Guthaben, Kontingente oder Käufe zu umgehen. Benutzername und Profilbild dürfen keine rechtswidrigen, beleidigenden oder fremde Rechte verletzenden Inhalte zeigen.
Wir bemühen uns um eine stabile Verfügbarkeit, garantieren sie aber nicht; Wartung und Störungen bei Dienstleistern (zum Beispiel Google Firebase, OpenAI, Apple, Google Play) können den Dienst einschränken. Wir haften unbeschränkt für Vorsatz und grobe Fahrlässigkeit, für Schäden an Leben, Körper und Gesundheit sowie nach dem Produkthaftungsgesetz. Im Übrigen haften wir nur für die Verletzung wesentlicher Vertragspflichten und begrenzt auf den vorhersehbaren, vertragstypischen Schaden.
Du kannst die Nutzung jederzeit beenden und dein Konto löschen. Verstößt du erheblich gegen diese Bedingungen, dürfen wir dein Konto nach vorheriger Warnung sperren oder löschen, bei schweren Verstößen auch ohne Warnung. Stellen wir Yumify ein, informieren wir dich mindestens vier Wochen vorher und erstatten den anteiligen Preis für eine bezahlte, noch nicht abgelaufene Abo-Laufzeit.
Wir dürfen diese Bedingungen für die Zukunft ändern, wenn sich die Rechtslage, die App oder die Leistungen unserer Dienstleister ändern. Über Änderungen informieren wir dich rechtzeitig vorher in der App. Änderungen, die dich wesentlich schlechter stellen, gelten nur mit deiner Zustimmung; stimmst du nicht zu, kannst du dein Konto löschen.
Es gilt deutsches Recht unter Ausschluss des UN-Kaufrechts; zwingende Verbraucherschutzvorschriften deines Wohnsitzlandes bleiben unberührt. Wir sind nicht verpflichtet und nicht bereit, an Streitbeilegungsverfahren vor einer Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle teilzunehmen. Diese Bedingungen gibt es auf Deutsch, Englisch und Spanisch. Für Nutzer mit Wohnsitz in Deutschland, Österreich oder der Schweiz gilt die deutsche Fassung, für alle anderen die englische; die übrigen Fassungen sind Übersetzungen zum besseren Verständnis. Welcome to Yumify. These terms of use govern the use of the Yumify app, which helps you find recipes from the ingredients you have at home. The provider of the app is Philipp Tobisch, Hohenstädter Straße 1, 91230 Happurg, Deutschland, support@yumify.io. By registering, you agree to these terms. How we handle your data is explained in the privacy policy.
You need an account to use the app (e-mail, Google or Apple). Keep your login details secret; you are responsible for activities under your account. You must be at least 16 years old. You can delete your account at any time in the app under Settings → Support → Delete account.
Free of charge, your balance of ingredient swipes is topped up to at least 75 once a day. You also receive one ✨ recipe wish once to try it out. A recipe wish is one AI generation – for example from your fridge, as a variation of a recipe or as a compromise recipe when swiping together – and delivers up to three recipes. Swiping together with friends is free and uses no swipes. Recipes come from our catalogue or are created with the help of artificial intelligence (AI).
AI-generated recipes and images are not reviewed by a human. Quantities, cooking times, nutritional values and allergen information may be wrong, and images are for illustration only. Always check the ingredients yourself if you have allergies or intolerances. Yumify is not a substitute for medical or nutritional advice.
You can buy additional recipe wishes as one-time purchases. Swipes you bought earlier remain yours. Purchased credit is added to your account, does not expire and cannot be transferred to other accounts. Used credit is not refunded; if a recipe wish fails for technical reasons, we credit it back automatically.
While your Yumify+ subscription is active, you receive 10 additional recipe wishes (up to 30 recipes) every 30 days, your swipe balance is topped up to at least 500 every day, and you can plan unlimited dishes in the meal plan and have it filled automatically. Yumify+ is available with a monthly and a yearly term. If a free trial is offered, you receive 3 recipe wishes during it; the full credit starts with the first paid period. The subscription renews automatically for the chosen term unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current term; this also applies at the end of a free trial. You can cancel at any time in the subscription settings of your Apple or Google account, also reachable in the app under Settings → Subscription & purchases. After cancelling, the subscription stays active until the end of the paid term. You keep unused recipe wishes after the subscription ends. Important: deleting your Yumify account does not cancel the subscription – cancel it in the store first.
You make purchases and subscriptions through the Apple App Store or Google Play. The price shown by the store before the purchase applies. In the App Store, Apple is your seller. On Google Play, Google is your seller if you live in the EU, the EEA or the United Kingdom; in all other countries we are your seller, and Google Play handles payment, invoicing and refunds according to its policies. Your statutory rights of withdrawal and return under the law of your country of residence remain unaffected; to exercise them, contact the store where you bought or support@yumify.io.
We grant you a simple, non-transferable right to use the app for private purposes. Recipes, images and texts in the app belong to us or our licensors. You may save and share content for private use, but not exploit it commercially.
Automated access, mass extraction of recipes, interference with the app or our servers and any attempt to circumvent credit, quotas or purchases are not permitted. Your username and profile picture must not contain unlawful or offensive content or content that infringes the rights of others.
We strive for stable availability but cannot guarantee it; maintenance and disruptions at service providers (for example Google Firebase, OpenAI, Apple, Google Play) may restrict the service. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body and health and under the German Product Liability Act. Otherwise we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.
You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. If you seriously breach these terms, we may suspend or delete your account after prior warning, and without warning in case of severe breaches. If we discontinue Yumify, we will inform you at least four weeks in advance and refund the pro-rata price for a paid subscription term that has not yet ended.
We may change these terms for the future if the legal situation, the app or the services of our providers change. We will inform you of changes in the app in good time beforehand. Changes that put you at a significant disadvantage only apply with your consent; if you do not consent, you can delete your account.
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods; mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected. We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. These terms are available in German, English and Spanish. For users residing in Germany, Austria or Switzerland the German version applies, for everyone else the English version; the other versions are translations for ease of understanding. Para usar la app necesitas una cuenta (correo electrónico, Google o Apple). Mantén en secreto tus datos de acceso; eres responsable de las actividades realizadas con tu cuenta. Debes tener al menos 16 años. Puedes borrar tu cuenta en cualquier momento en la app, en Ajustes → Soporte → Eliminar cuenta.
De forma gratuita, tu saldo de swipes de ingredientes se recarga una vez al día hasta al menos 75. Además recibes una sola vez un ✨ deseo de receta para probar. Un deseo de receta es una generación con IA —por ejemplo con lo que hay en tu nevera, como variante de una receta o como receta de compromiso al deslizar juntos— y ofrece hasta tres recetas. Deslizar juntos con amigos es gratuito y no gasta deslizamientos. Las recetas proceden de nuestro catálogo o se generan con ayuda de inteligencia artificial (IA).
Ninguna persona revisa las recetas ni las imágenes generadas por IA. Las cantidades, los tiempos de cocción, los valores nutricionales y la información sobre alérgenos pueden ser incorrectos, y las imágenes son solo ilustrativas. Si tienes alergias o intolerancias, comprueba siempre tú mismo los ingredientes. Yumify no sustituye el consejo médico ni nutricional.
Puedes comprar deseos de receta adicionales como compras únicas. Los swipes que compraste antes se mantienen. El saldo comprado se abona en tu cuenta, no caduca y no puede transferirse a otras cuentas. El saldo consumido no se reembolsa; si un deseo de receta falla por motivos técnicos, te lo devolvemos automáticamente.
Mientras tu suscripción Yumify+ esté activa, recibes cada 30 días 10 deseos de receta adicionales (hasta 30 recetas), tu saldo de swipes se recarga cada día hasta al menos 500 y puedes planificar platos ilimitados en el plan semanal y rellenarlo automáticamente. Yumify+ está disponible con duración mensual y anual. Si se ofrece un periodo de prueba gratuito, recibes en él 3 deseos de receta; el abono completo comienza con el primer periodo de pago. La suscripción se renueva automáticamente por la duración elegida, salvo que la canceles al menos 24 horas antes del final del periodo en curso; esto también se aplica al final de un periodo de prueba. Puedes cancelarla en cualquier momento en los ajustes de suscripción de tu cuenta de Apple o Google, también accesibles en la app en Ajustes → Suscripción y compras. Tras la cancelación, la suscripción sigue activa hasta el final del periodo pagado. Conservas los deseos de receta no utilizados después de que termine la suscripción. Importante: borrar tu cuenta de Yumify no cancela la suscripción; cancélala antes en la tienda.
Las compras y suscripciones se realizan a través de Apple App Store o Google Play. Se aplica el precio que te muestra la tienda antes de la compra. En App Store, Apple es tu vendedor. En Google Play, Google es tu vendedor si resides en la UE, el EEE o el Reino Unido; en los demás países el vendedor somos nosotros, y Google Play se encarga del pago, la factura y los reembolsos según sus políticas. Tus derechos legales de desistimiento y devolución conforme a la legislación de tu país de residencia no se ven afectados; para ejercerlos, dirígete a la tienda en la que compraste o a support@yumify.io.
Te concedemos un derecho simple e intransferible a usar la app con fines privados. Las recetas, imágenes y textos de la app nos pertenecen a nosotros o a nuestros licenciantes. Puedes guardar y compartir contenidos para uso privado, pero no explotarlos comercialmente.
No están permitidos los accesos automatizados, la extracción masiva de recetas, las manipulaciones de la app o de nuestros servidores ni cualquier intento de eludir saldos, cuotas o compras. Tu nombre de usuario y tu foto de perfil no deben mostrar contenidos ilícitos, ofensivos o que vulneren derechos de terceros.
Nos esforzamos por ofrecer una disponibilidad estable, pero no podemos garantizarla; el mantenimiento y las incidencias en proveedores de servicios (por ejemplo, Google Firebase, OpenAI, Apple, Google Play) pueden limitar el servicio. Respondemos sin limitación en caso de dolo y negligencia grave, por daños a la vida, la integridad física y la salud, así como conforme a la ley alemana de responsabilidad por productos. En lo demás, solo respondemos por el incumplimiento de obligaciones contractuales esenciales, limitado al daño previsible y típico del contrato.
Puedes dejar de usar la app y borrar tu cuenta en cualquier momento. Si incumples gravemente estas condiciones, podemos bloquear o borrar tu cuenta tras un aviso previo, y sin aviso en caso de infracciones graves. Si dejamos de ofrecer Yumify, te informaremos con al menos cuatro semanas de antelación y reembolsaremos la parte proporcional del precio de un periodo de suscripción pagado que aún no haya terminado.
Podemos modificar estas condiciones para el futuro si cambian la situación legal, la app o los servicios de nuestros proveedores. Te informaremos de los cambios en la app con suficiente antelación. Los cambios que te perjudiquen de forma significativa solo se aplicarán con tu consentimiento; si no lo das, puedes borrar tu cuenta.
Se aplica el derecho alemán, con exclusión de la Convención de las Naciones Unidas sobre los contratos de compraventa internacional de mercaderías; las normas imperativas de protección del consumidor de tu país de residencia no se ven afectadas. No estamos obligados ni dispuestos a participar en procedimientos de resolución de litigios ante una entidad de resolución alternativa de conflictos de consumo. Estas condiciones están disponibles en alemán, inglés y español. Para los usuarios residentes en Alemania, Austria o Suiza se aplica la versión alemana; para todos los demás, la inglesa.
